CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

We have an ever-expanding Children's Church Ministry for infants through elementary school. Every Sunday, during both of our worship services, we provide a safe environment with caring and committed teachers. We offer a place where kids have fun with crafts, games and stories – all as they learn about who Jesus is. CFTN is a place where they can grow and develop a relationship with Him.

We offer Vacation Bible School, Summer Camp and a Fall Festival. Throughout the year the Children's Ministry hosts many BBQs and gatherings for families, providing a time where parents can have a relaxing get together and where the kids can, well, just have fun!

MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

At CFTN, students have an opportunity to develop strong friendships while they grow in their faith. We have separate groups for Middle School and High School students. Both groups meet Sundays at 9:30AM for Bible study and activities downstairs in the Chapel room in the main church building. Students are then encouraged to attend the 11:00AM worship service.

Below is a current listing of groups that meet during the week throughout the city and the valley. The groups are informal and relational, some are mixed, some for families, some for women some for men. Life groups are a great way to make new friends, develop a sense of community and deepen your relationship with God. Find a group that’s right for you and get connected!

LOCAL MISSIONS

CFTN partners with Streetwise Ministry to feed, minister and walk alongside hundreds of homeless on Skid Row. 

  MISSION AFRICA

Our MISSION AFRICA team traveled with The Word Is Out to Kampala & Mbale, Uganda. Both conferences were well attended and many seeds were planted. In both cities, the pastors and their communities are hungry for a deeper understanding of the Word of God and are on fire! It's incredibly exciting to see what God is doing on that continent.

CFTN supports Pastor Alan's International Bible teaching ministry The Word Is Out, an intensive study of the Bible, which he has taught at pastor conferences, churches and in seminaries throughout Africa, India and the U.S.

IMPACT NDOLA

A CFTN team traveled to Ndola, Zambia where Pastor Alan headed up the Pastor's Conference. The team partnered with the students of Northrise University and reached out to the community and the city of Ndola for Christ. We're now looking forward to impact Ndola 2011! We also support Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child, collecting shoe boxes to be sent to children around the world to share the love of Christ.
